We want to thank you for all of the help you have given to our family. We have been struggling but by meeting with you and learning more about how to shop smart and live better on a budget things are looking up. We are so grateful that you have been able to help get our modification completed. We were paying 2100.00 each month interest only and now pay 1270.00 principle and interest on a fixed loan. This will significantly change our lives and we just want to thank you for helping us to get this to go through.–Foreclosure Counseling Client
Franklin commons has definitely upgraded my neighborhood. I used to hate to admit this area was part of my neighborhood and did not want my children to go near that area. It was not only an eyesore but it was frightening. Now I choose to drive by there and it is a source of neighborhood pride. It has gone from a neighborhood weakness to a neighborhood strength.–Nancy Hugo, Franklin Neighborhood Resident
We wanted to take a minute and let you know how much we appreciate all that you have done for us. You have gone above and beyond all expectations to help us get our loan modification complete. It was a long process and you were extremely helpful, you always made time for us when we had any questions. You have been a life saver, thank you again for all you have done for us and helping us save our home. With much appreciation. –Foreclosure Counseling Client
A few years ago there were not enough children to have a functioning Cub Scout unit. Our neighborhood had been torn apart by renters and slumlords. Since then, NHS and the City of Provo have completely turned around the neighborhood demographics to welcome many new families. Our scout unit has increased significantly very year. We currently have over 40 boys, and our youngest group is the largest. As the kids moving in with their young families come of age, our unit size increases. It is a complete and total turn around–David & Gloria Solorzano, Joaquin Neighborhood Resident
Our street is safe and full of the activities of families rearing children - walking to and from school, busy playing outside all year 'round, and fathers and mothers going to and coming from work. In fact, it reminds me of the way the street looked when Guy and I, and so many other woking class people like us, were raising our family here.–June Percival, Franklin Neighborhood Resident
It is a great building. The apartments are large and comfortable and very airy. The best thing about living here is that there are people my age. It's good to have something I can afford. Not just an affordable place but a nice place.–Gloria, senior resident, Maeser Senior Housing Project
